Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ftitude. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ftitude.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days of receiving goods back.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
